Www.crsli.org and all associated intellectual property of the Culturally Responsive School Leadership Institute (CRSLI) are products of Ajusted School Equity Solutions, LLC.
In the CRSLI’s Online Learning Modules, we allow limited use of several of our intellectual property learning materials, including a manual, assessments, videos, quizzes, and other learning activities. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all intellectual property used in our Online Learning Modules is the property of Ajusted School Equity Solutions, LLC. You acknowledge that Ajusted School Equity Solutions owns all the rights to all materials and content used in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules and the www.crsli.org website. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, make public, or distribute any of Ajusted’s materials or intellectual property used in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules or the www.crsli.org website. You agree to not share Ajusted’s intellectual property, passwords, usernames or materials used in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules with any outside party that is not a registered user in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules.
The information used in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules is for informational purposes only. You agree that the CRSL Online Learning Modules are not intended to be used as legal, medical or financial advice. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any action taken due to the information provided in the CRSLI Online Learning Modules and the www.crsli.org website.
You agree that Ajusted has the right to edit and modify this agreement at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Additionally, we reserve the right to disenroll users who are in violation of these terms and conditions.
