Leadership Learning Communities (LLCs)

We specialize in guiding culturally responsive leadership learning communities. LLCs are personal development trainings specifically designed for leadership staff across a school, district, or educational organization. We deeply engage each aspect of our book, Culturally Responsive School Leadership, as well as other related readings. We identify the best CRSL practices and equitable policies, and take a serious look at equity audit methodology.

Typically, LLCs are three to six face-to-face meetings with our consultants, and the relevant leadership staff. At the end of the LLC PDs, leadership staff will be far more culturally responsive, and will be able to lead their organization in the following practices:
